Seamless Gutter Installation / Gutter Replacement

  • Blue Mountain Gutter Company offers 5, 6, and 7 inch k style, 5 and 6 inch European box gutters, and 7 inch commercial box gutters. The materials we use are aluminum and copper. Our experts can assess your gutter situation and advise you on which size gutter may best suit your drainage needs.

So What sets us apart from other gutter companies?

    Quality.

Most gutter companies install their hangers every 24 to 36 inches. We install gutters with hangers at every 18 inches. This protects your gutters from being pulled off the side of your house by the weight of heavy snow, ice, or gutter clogs from lack of cleaning.

No matter the size of our seamless gutters, we only install the larger 3x4 downspouts. Many gutter companies are still using outdated 2x3 downspouts that can easily clog, and are much too small for the heavy rains we receive in the Asheville area.

Last, but certainly not least, is the “glue that holds it all together.” We exclusively use Geocel 2320, a tripolymer sealant which is considered the “gold standard” of gutter caulk. This sealant will ensure that your gutters will stay leak free for years to come.

5, 6, and 7 inch K Style Gutters

  • K Style gutters are traditional gutters made popular because of their resemblance to crown molding on the outside of your home. Their curved shape makes them the most durable gutter type, protecting against the weight of leaves and debris without pulling away from your home.

5 and 6 inch European Box Gutters

  • European or Modern Box Gutters bring a unique and modern look to a home. What makes them different from standard box gutters is that they have no lip on the front. This creates a seamless look, blending into the roof line, rather than accenting it.

6 and 8 inch Half Round Gutters

  • Half Round Gutters provide a great aesthetic to give your home that traditional, historic estate look. They are easier to clean than standard gutters, only requiring a quick blow out with a leaf blower.

7 inch Commercial Box Gutters

  • Commercial Box Gutters can be used on a variety of different buildings. They are mostly used on larger warehouse buildings with flat roofs and parapet walls. These gutters are designed to handle a much larger amount of water than residential gutters and are usually equipped with more downspouts.

Color Selection

  • With over twenty colors to choose from, new seamless gutters will give your house that extra curb appeal. We can do everything from matching your existing gutter color to choosing a new gutter color that upgrades the look of your home.

In addition to our aluminum gutter color selection, we offer seamless gutter installation in copper. Copper gutters last much longer than standard aluminum gutters. In fact, copper gutters can last 50 years or longer if installed correctly.

Copper gutters should never be caulked. They should be carefully soldered at the joints to ensure the seals will last the entire life of the copper gutter after installation.

Don’t see the color you’re looking for?

Just ask us! This is just a sample of the colors we offer. We do carry other special order colors for gutter installation.

Copper Penny Color

  • “Copper Penny,” faux copper, or copper colored aluminum, is a popular choice for homeowners interested in the look of copper gutters, but at a much more reasonable price tag. Copper Penny gutters are also a great choice for someone who doesn’t like the “patina” look as copper is exposed to the elements.

Gutter Guards / Leaf Guards / Gutter Protection

  • But why do I need gutter guards?

This is a common question. The benefits of gutter guards are keeping your downspouts free and clear from leaves and debris. This material will clog your downspouts, or even worse, your underground piping. Water will find alternative routes to escape the drainage system. It will pour over the top of your gutters, out the seams of your downspouts, or directly from the top of your underground piping. The water will then seep into the ground and your home’s foundation, causing erosion, cracked foundation, and flooding to your crawl space or basement.

It can be costly and difficult to hire a gutter company or plumber to come out and unblock your underground drainage. Left untreated, the cost of fixing foundation and stop the flooding can be prohibitively expensive.

Blue Mountain Gutter Company offers several different options when it comes to protecting your gutters from clogging due to sticks, leaves, roof grit, and other debris. Gutter guards will save you money, long term. Gone are the days of having to climb ladders or pay someone every couple months to clean out your gutters.

Using cheap gutter guards from the hardware store can further complicate your gutter clogging issues. Plastic gutter guards will bend and warp under the weight of leaves and debris, while other gutter guards with larger holes will still allow some debris and moss to get through, into your gutters. Many gutter companies will charge extra to clean these gutters out, while others won’t clean them at all.

LeafBlaster Pro

  • Our LeafBlaster Pro gutter guards are some of the best gutter protection on the market at a fraction of the national brand prices. These gutter guards are stainless steel and backed by a 40 year manufacturer’s warranty. The fine mesh screen keeps everything out of your gutters including pine needles and roof grit.

ShurFlo Gutter Guards

  • The ShurFlo Gutter Protection system is another popular choice amongst homeowners looking for a more budget friendly system, that still keeps leaves out. This system is made from aluminum and has small holes in the top, allowing for water to pass through without leaves and debris. The ShurFlo Gutter Protection system comes with a 20 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Additional Gutter Services

Fascia Replacement * (when replacing gutters)

  • *Please note: We only provide fascia replacement when replacing old gutters to new.

When replacing old, failing gutters, it is common to find fascia rot. Fascia is the wood attached to the rafter tails that supports your functioning gutters. If your fascia is in disrepair, rotting away, or warping, this can affect your gutters’ ability to do their job. Many times, you cannot determine whether your fascia needs to be replaced until you remove old gutters and / or fascia wrap.

Rest easy, knowing that our gutter installers have the ability to replace any rotten fascia that they come across. Other gutter installers may not offer fascia replacement, leaving you with “Surprise!’ no gutters on your home until you can find a carpenter or roofer to do the job.

Drip Edge Installation

  • Drip edge goes a long way in protecting your fascia and foundation from water damage. Installing drip edge over the top of your gutters ensures that any excess water coming off of the roof will flow directly into your gutters and not behind them.

When installing new gutters, our gutter installers pull the drip edge out to slide the new gutter behind it. Whomever you choose to install your gutters, we highly advise asking them if they tuck the gutters behind the drip edge. Failure to do so can be a costly mistake.

Many older homes do not have drip edge. Blue Mountain Gutter Company offers drip edge installation. Regardless of the situation, we highly advise to have drip edge on your home.

Gutter Cleaning with Free Inspection

  • Keeping your gutters clean is vital to the health of every gutter and drainage system. We recommend cleaning your gutters out at least twice a year to ensure your drainage system is working properly.

Do you need work done on your gutter system, but have no clue where to start?

Blue Mountain Gutter Company offers a free gutter inspection with every gutter cleaning, so that you have piece of mind, knowing that your gutters are functioning the way they should be.

Gutter Repair

  • Old gutters come with a host of problems. Gutters hung with “spikes” or long nails will eventually begin to pull away from the house. Gutter spikes are no longer industry standard for a reason. This is a tell tale sign, that it may be time to replace your gutters.

Our gutter installers are experts at Blue Mountain Gutter Company and can assist you with inspecting your leaky gutters, and finding the root cause of your issue, rather than performing a quick patch that may only last you six months.
