Frequently asked questions.

How do free estimates work?

For both gutter installation and gutter guard installation, we set up an appointment date and time within a two hour window for our arrival time. Our representative will contact you with an ETA when they are on their way.

For gutter repairs it is best to send pictures and / or videos of the issue you are experiencing. That way we can diagnose and give you a proper estimate for the repair. If you are unable to get pictures or videos, we can send one of our service technicians out for a $100 diagnostic fee which would be waived if you decide to move forward with repair or replacement.

For gutter cleanings, our office will take down your information and we will assess your job based on height and difficulty of the job. We may ask follow up questions in order to get a better idea of what we are working with. Then we will email you an official estimate.

I have gutter guards. Will you clean underneath them?

We do not remove gutter guards when cleaning your gutters. If your gutter guards need to be cleaned underneath, then they are not functioning properly and you may want to consider replacement. In addition, the time and labor it costs to uninstall and then reinstall your guards would be prohibitively expensive and it would have to be charged out as gutter guard installation.

My gutter installation date is coming up. What should I do to prepare for your arrival?

There are a few things you can do to prepare for our arrival:

  • Please have cash or check ready, as it is due upon completion of the work. We also accept electronic check, and for a three percent fee, credit card.

  • Move any items around your house that may impact or slow our gutter technicians down. Make sure to move any valuable items that could be damaged or destroyed during installation.

  • Please remove any hornet, yellow jacket, or wasp nests around your gutters, fascia, eaves and soffits. Getting stung by one of these can be extremely dangerous when a worker is on a ladder.

  • Ensure vehicles are in a location that allow our technicians to work around the house. Our team of gutter installers will be arriving with a full size truck and trailer. Gutters are formed out of the back of that trailer. We will need plenty of space. If you need to leave during installation, have your car parked in a place that allows you to get out when needed.

  • Be prepared to speak with our crew leader about any special requests or circumstances (e.g. please be careful around this garden, we want to move the location of that downspout, I saw a snake in that bush today)

Can I buy gutter materials from you?
